Bosire Ogero (Chairman)

Mr. Bosire Ogero has an M.A in urban and regional planning from the University of Nairobi, B.A in land economics and a post graduate Diploma in Housing, Building and Planning from Bouwcentrum, The Netherlands.

He is the Chairman of Kenya institute of Planners (KIP) and Vice Presdent commonwealth Association of planners (CAP).

Mr. Bosire has over 25 years experience on various aspects of urban and rural development in Kenya and the region.

Elias Kaburu Murithi

Elias Kaburu Murithi Director

Mr. Elias Murithi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi. He is a Mortgage Financing and Management Consultant and a career banker with over 25 years experience in banking and mortgage industry. He is also a Director of Midlands Media Agency Ltd.

Grace Wanyonyi

Grace Wanyonyi Director

Mrs. Grace Wanyonyi (OGW) holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Dar-e-salaam and Masters Degree in Urban Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Nairobi. Until her retirement in 2005, she worked as the Director of Housing at the Ministry of Housing. Mrs. Wanyonyi brings with her over 25 years experience in the field of human settlement.

Joseph Kinyua

Joseph Kinyua Director

Mr. Joseph Kinyua began his career as an assistant lecturer at Nairobi University in 1978. He joined the Central Bank of Kenya in 1980 and worked his way through the ranks from an Economist to Director of Research.

He also worked as an economist on a fixed term appointment with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) 1985 - 1990, after which he returned back to the Central Bank of Kenya.

Reginald Okumu Director

Mr. Reginald Okumu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi. He is Registered Valuer with over 10 years of experience.

Mr Okumu is currently a Director at ARK Consultants Limited and is pursuing a M.A degree in Valuation and Property Management at the University of Nairobi.

Wilson K. Maina

Wilson K. Maina Director

Mr. Wilson Maina posses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He has been in Senior Management positions in various companies in a career that spans over 19 years including the Construction Industry.

Mr. Maina is currently also a Director at Metropole Holdings, formerly a Director at Assis Farm and KNTC and the Managing Director at Tambul Dairies Ltd, Elmarak Estates and Facta Construction Company Ltd.

James Wagema Ruitha

James Wagema Ruitha Managing Director NHC

Mr. James Wagema Ruitha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and Post Graduate Diploma from the Institution of Surveyors Kenya (ISK). He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Development consultant.

Before joining the Corporation, Mr. Ruitha has held Senior Management positions in various firms and has a wide experience spanning over 20 years in property development.

Doroth N. Angote

Dorothy N. Angote Director

Dorothy N. Angote (Ms) was appointed Permanent Secretary Ministry of Lands in April 2008. She previously served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs from June, 2004.

Ms. Angote began her career on the Bench as a Magistrate, in 1982, determining both civil and criminal cases. From 1986 - 1988 she practiced law, as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with special emphasis on civil and criminal litigation.

Alice Mwololo, Alternative Director Ministry of Finance

She is currently a Principal Economist with the Ministry of Finance, with wide experience in the field of Economics having previously worked with the Ministry of Planning and National Development. She is a holder of MA (Economics) from the University of Nairobi and Post Graduate Diploma in Development Planning Techniques from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands.

Muse Wanasakaami

Muse Wanasakaami, Alternative Director Ministry of Housing

He posses a BA from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a MBA degree programme at ESAMI.

He is a career Administrator and has over 28 years experience in Public Administration.

He is currently a Senior Deputy Secretary / Administration at the Ministry of Housing.

Karoli Ooko

Karoli Ooko, Alternative Director Ministry of Lands

Holds a BA degree from the University of Nairobi. He is a career Administrator and has over 25 years experience in Public Administration. Mr Ooko is currently the Director of Administration at the Ministry of Lands.

Victor Ogutu

Victor Ogutu, Alternative Director Ministry of Local Government

Victor Ogutu holds Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Nairobi. He is a registered Architect and a Corporate Member of the Architectural Association of Kenya.

Mr Ogutu has 17 years experience in Civil Service specifically in Local Authorities. He is currently the Superintending Architect at the Ministry of Local Government.
